Designing, shaping, art creation, glassing, finishing. We do everything from start to finish. Owning the whole process allows us to have oversight on perfection and quick turn around times.

Meet the shaper: As Chairman of the Boards, John Horn is the guy behind Raptorcorn. He lives, sleeps, and breathes surfing, among other things, and makes and repairs surfboards full time (when he’s not in the water).
